Edit: I checked the certificate myself and it seems to be OK. There is only a problem with the certificate chain.

Firefox doesn't have the e-Mudhra CA SPL 2015 root certificate that is required to build a correct certificate chain.

The root certificate that you can download here is missing the BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE lines, so I'm posting a fixed certificate here.

You will have to install this certificate in the Certificate Manager.

Import this certificate in the Firefox Certificate Manager.

  • Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Certificates: View Certificates -> Authorities -> Import

When prompted, place a tick on "Trust this CA to identify websites" to make the certificate work as a trusted root certificate. Always be cautious when you set trust bits on a certificate as these should only be set for a trusted root certificate. You should never set any trust bits on an intermediate certificate.
