I installed firefox and it has information from someone else in a different language. I uninstalled and reinstalled with same out come. Fresh install of win7
I installed firefox on a fresh install win7 64bit. When I went tom use it, it has links and other information in a different language. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and nothing changed.

Is this about the language in the user interface or do you see this on web pages?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
