I closed two toolbars where I compose letters and can't get them back, so I can't send the letter out.
The toolbars I closed are:
- The menu bar, which includes the following buttons: file, edit, view, insert, format, option,s tools, help.
- The composition bar which includes the following buttons: send, spelling, attach, print, etc.
The toolbar where I choose font, size of font, italics, underlining, etc. remains and works.
Since I have no "send" button, there is no way to mail email from my desktop.

Press F10 to mane the menu bar visible. Then select view and from the toolbars entry make sure all four have a tick

Restart the operating system in safe mode with Networking. This loads only the very basics needed to start your computer while enabling an Internet connection. Click on your operating system for instructions on how to start in safe mode: Windows 10
