On Jun 7 email insisted on seeting up new account and contacts were blank. Response was to tell it where profile was. Instructions did not work.
The answer posted on the Forum did not work. I found the profiles. I could not get the profile manager to fun in a Dos window or from the command prompt. Any of the other commands did no run. CCleaner broke your Thunderbird profile. Here is a discussion on their forum. Check with them for a solution. https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=48428#entry284145
