I have good CPU,GPU, and 16gb rams and when firefox uses 1500mb from the memory it freezes and I need to end it by task manager even I am not playing anything

If you have more than 4GB of RAM, it's recommended to use the 64-bit version of Firefox since that can take advantage of the extra RAM, your user agent that auto-generated when you submitted your question shows WOW64 meaning it's 32-bit Firefox running in a 64-bit environment.
