Thunderbird for business use and connecting to exchange
If possible, I would like to replace Outlook with Thunderbird for my organization. But, it needs to work with our O365 email, contacts and calendars. Is this possible?

If your Exchange server provides POP or IMAP access, such accounts can be set up in TB directly to access mail. Otherwise, there is an add-on. For contacts and calendars only, there is another add-on.
