I am receiving an error message stataing that "Email sending quota exceeded". How do i fix this?

It is giving the error message for all email accounts a message is being sent to. However, when I send a test message to the email account from another email account it goes through without any problem.

Yahoo are saying you have sent to many messages. How many have you sent. counting every email address in and mailing lists as one.
