It is possible bu know idea if Kaspersky shares info from Norton on a block list. If Norton had blocked the site it maybe because of it's rating was declared unsafe. Norton Safe Site is something new. Do not use it as no longer does what I wanted in what it replaced. Suggest delete any cookies for the site. Before trying again.
