I am having a freeze issue where thunderbird is asking for me to compact folders at start up and will not allow me to cancel or click on compact. All I can do is shut down the application. What can I do?

1. Which version are you currently using - 52.9.1? Or 60.0?

2. If you are on version 60, what add-ons do you have installed?

3. Please try https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/candidates/60.0b11-candidates/build5/win32/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%2060.0b11.exe which has a password fix bug, and post your results
