Why have I not received relief about Comcast wire hanging across front of house.

Since June 2018 I have called asking for wore to be removed. It is dangerous. At least 16 calls and was either told someone would call or another excuse. I live at (address). I do not need a call. I want this wire removed. I do not have Comcast Service in over 4 years and see no reason that some service person can just take it down. I do not need to talk just action please.
