Is not so easy to pin down but there are some errors in your Video Card Drivers, not many but possibly enough : adapterDescription: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti driverDate: 9-5-2018 u'name': u'D3D11_HW_ANGLE'}, {u'status': u'unavailable', u'description': u'GPU Process', u'log': [{u'status': u'unavailable', u'message': u'Multi-process mode is not enabled', u'type': u'default'}],

Hi, you would have to find Device Manager by search in WIn10 to find if your actually running your proper drivers or running Microsoft installed drivers :
Suggest downloading a full version installer for your card and uninstall, reinstall : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
Let us know if that works or not.
There was something on app updates in a previous bug report on this issue /show_bug.cgi?id=711794 7yrs ago
Have you done anything with Windows 10 fonts ?
Please disable : Adblock Plus 3.3.1
Move to uBlock Origin to test if it is above. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
Have you installed anything before this issue started ? Please scan just to make sure : https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Please Open MS Settings --> System --> About and make sure your running version 1803 If you are not please update as you will need 1803 installed to go to the next version to be release in October. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
