Would (one of) these add-ons do what you want :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/anonymox/

And :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hide-my-ip-vpn/

Or maybe they don't even come close to what you want .... (?)

Note that the above mentioned extensions use an anonymous proxy or VPN as that is the only way to get another IP.

But i needed open site without proxy or VPN Because i have problem in some websites when i use proxy or VPN
