Spell checker doesn't recognize "neurodiversity" as a real word
For instance, if you go here (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Ylevental/sandbox&action=edit) and click on the textbox, you will see that neurodiversity isn't recognized as a word. It is defined by the Oxford dictionaries (https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/neurodiversity)

Right-click on the word and add it to the spellchecker.

Alot depends on the browser and which spell checker dictionary they use as references. What one defines another will not - so this isn't really a browser issue as they choose which dictionary spell checker to verify spellings.
