When I import my Mailfence calendar the events do no come though, any idea why not?
I have lightening installed, my gmail calendar works fine, my mailfence emailed work fine, just the mailfence calendar events that do not appear.

According to their website, "Calendars can be accessed with read and write rights from CalDAV compliant third-party-software such as Lightning..." and "You will find detailed information about features, limitations, support for meetings and configuration in our online help." The online help appears to only be available to mailfence users, so if it doesn't offer a solution, I suggest you contact them directly.
