It should not be too surprising that Google designs their service to work differently in their browser. If you open the page that the image is on from the search results screen, you will be able to long press on it and save it to your device.

If you long press on an image that you would like to save, a menu should appear that will allow you to download the file to your Android device.

No it doesnt apprear any menu to save the image
What is the address of the site that you are trying to save an image from?
Which image are you trying to save?
This is chrome browser it can save any image by right click
