Whenever I have a few tabs open and then put a new blank tab for use when I use Firefox which later gets closed whenever I close up Firefox. Is it possible to make the tabs stay as is even when I close Firefox.

I recomend that you try the new Firefox Preview browser, available from the Google Play store. It has a new feature called "collections" that may be exactly what you are looking for.
