Bonjour, Mon ordinateur a fait une mise à jour de Thunderbird samedi 30 octobre et depuis, il ne relève plus les mails. Je dois passer par firefox pour y accéder alors que d'habitude j'ai un accès direct avec Thunderbird. Que faut-il faire ? Merci pour votre aide, Caroline

Answer: English Version 78 changed the minimum TLS protocol to TLSv1.2
If the server you use is still using the old protocols TLSv1.0 or TLSv1.1 then you will not be able to download emails, so you need to change the minimum TLS version back to what was being used in version 68. Please follow the instructions at this link and then restart Thunderbird. You do not need to change any of the server settings.

Si le serveur que vous utilisez utilise toujours les anciens protocoles TLSv1.0 ou TLSv1.1, vous ne pourrez pas télécharger les e-mails, vous devez donc rétablir la version TLS minimale à celle utilisée dans la version 68. Veuillez suivre les instructions sur ce lien, puis redémarrer Thunderbird. Vous n'avez pas besoin de modifier les paramètres du serveur.
