Mozilla - can't print

Cannot print anything from Thunderbird. This includes emails and attachments. I can't print directly from Mozilla or from the Mozilla pdf software. It is a new problem, I used to print without issues.

I think Mozilla updates automatically, don't know if the problem coincides with a recent update.

Current version is 78.13.0.

Have no problem printing from Word and other software. Thank you, Carmen

Soluzione scelta

It was my fault, apologies for the question. We had received a replacement modem and totally forgot I had to reset to the new WiFi name and new password. Now it works perfectly. Thank you, Carmen
