Watching videos on Youtube, Netflix etc on Firefox Windows 10 the audio track was playing super slow and low frequency

I had a problem where videos were playing, but the audio track would play super slow on websites such as youtube, netflix etc.

After Searching the forums I came across this solution (below) that fixed the issue. I'm posting this in case anyone else is having this issue.
