Mails are erased in thunderbird after erasing them on the webmail server
Hello, we are using thunderbird with our IONOS Mail server to download the mails to our computer and free space on the webmail server of IONOS. But we now have realized that when erasing some mails in our webmail portal they are also erased in thunderbird 8they are synchronised) and that is not of our interest. Ist there a chance to mantain the mails in thunderbird without loosing them? kind regards Nils Feldhaus

En la configuración de la cuenta de correo en el Thunderbird tienes el menú "Copias y carpetas" puedes por ejemplo copiar los correos enviados en carpetas locales, lo mismo con los correos archivados. Luego en el árbol de carpetas de la cuenta, puedes mover o copiar las carpetas que quieres mantener al sector de carpetas locales y configurar en sus propiedades nunca borrar. Podrias hacer pruebas con correos de prueba para estar seguro que todo funcione correctamente. Saludos
