Hello I use Mozilla for many years. Recently I change my windows and now I can’t watch videos in my WhatsApp page(web.whatsapp.com). It doesn't download anyway. What’s my problem and what’s the solution? Thanks

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
