'For the last two days I cannot open my email on Outlook 365 using my Friefox browser. I get a page sayig "Something went wrong" and then am asked to refresh. But that doesn't help. I've tried restarting my computer but that makes no difference.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
