Facebook Container and email log in and Relay

Thank you in advance for your help! Background: I use FB container, do not have a FB account (although did several years ago), and have other privacy add-ons through Mozilla. I have 'high' security settings. Issue: When I am asked to create an account using an email address - the FB container pops up and indicates that if I use my 'real' email address (I have a few on different services) - FB can track me. Note that FB container does not pop up when using other sites where email accounts are required. Question(s): Can FB track me even though I don't have a FB account? Even if I use an email alias - am I still protected from FB?

I looked at Relay - but it looks like it needs access to your computer and complicated.

Yes, it's always better to use Relay.

Relay doesn't need access to you computer, you can just login to https://relay.firefox.com/ and generate an alias.
