Whenever I enter fullscreen (on mac) on google or safari, the video pops out of the browser into a different desktop and allows me to keep using the same browser while the video is playing in a different desktop. On firefox, when I enter fullscreen, it just puts the entire browser into a different desktop, not just the video. Is there a way to make it so it acts like google and safari?

  • Click the full screen button

Keyboard Shortcuts For those with a good memory. Go Full Screen via the keyboard.

Toggle Full Screen keyboard shortcut: Press the F11 key. Note: On computers with a compact keyboard (such as netbooks and laptops), press the fn + F11 keys.
