All of my bookmarks are gone and cannot find any backups what so ever

I have tried all of the suggestions and cannot find any backup files other then current dates. Now I am without my bookmarks clear back to 5/7/2022???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried that from previous comments and just cannot find any backups from that information. Never figured out what file I should search for the backups in and now need to go back about 2-weeks to retrieve the most current one. Wasn't doing anything, just opened up the browser and the bookmarks were empty.
