Thunderbird not syncing across 3 devices

Can anyone help , I have thunderbird installed for my business emails , for a long time I am having trouble with it not syncing , certain emails will show up on my phone but not on pc { from the same address they will show up sometimes & then not the next time} its driving me crazy, can anyone help ? [Have it installed on my phone , laptop & Pc} I am regretting ever installing it , I never had this problem with other email providers.

The first place to look is on how you have email setup on each device. All three should be setup as IMAP accounts for the messages to be in sync. If one or more is setup as POP, then there will be various instances of what you are describing.
