I have found the solution:

  • Open configuration and go to Apps
  • Optional Characteristics
  • Install Microsoft WebDriver, Windows Media Player and Media Feature Pack

I have found the following message from reddit web code: "Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The fetching process for the media resource was aborted by the user agent at the user's request."
