Over several versions of FF, Facebook will randomly stop loading content. Even the "drop down" tabs/menus, for the Facebook page, stop displaying content. At that point, only a restart of FF will correct the problem.

I have applied all the "fixes" seen in "archived" and "closed" issues. None provide a permanent fix.

Surely I cannot be only one still experiencing this issue? Perhaps others have simply gotten frustrated and moved on to another browser?

If this problem is actually as insoluble as it seems, it brings up an interesting thought. FF seems to be actively attempting to counter Facebooks information tracking, hence revenue generating, activities. It is conceivable that active measures are applied when a FireFox browser is detected? Thereby creating an annoyance sure to drive down user ship? Surely an outfit as sophisticated as that could manage it.

What is there to do?
