Thunderbird Saving IMAP password but not SMTP

Thunderbird has saved the password for IMAP on my email account, but not the password for SMTP, so I have to enter the password manually each time I send an email.

Is there any way I can save the password for SMTP as I am unable to find one in Thunderbird.

check the use password manager box under the password when you enter it.
