Primary password not responsive
Been using primary password. Worked ok. Today it will not respond. Keeps asking for "enter primary passwo rd "

Hmm, you posted with a user agent for a mobile device (Android). Android doesn't use the Primary Password.
Is this a problem with Firefox for desktop (what operating system) ? Do you have set the PP ?
I do not read where this is a cell phone problem. WHY DO YOU FIGHT US, YOUR SUBSCRIBERS? I do not read where this is a cell phone problem. If it says that it must be encrypted somehow. The problem is obviously in my PC. My PP worked fine when I added it. Used it all day. Then it just stopped working. I was locked out. It is fortunate that I do not have a life or death situation where my computer is vital. Your response is inadequate, bureaucratic, and immature.
I had to pay a service to have your PP removed. You can go back to sleep.
If you are an example of where corporate America is headed, this country is being set up to fail.
