The tabs won't restore even though the settings is already set to restore previous session.

I was using the private tab when I decided to open the Firefox on normal tab. I saw that all tabs that were opened several months ago just disappeared even though the settings is already set to restore previous session years ago.

You did close a Firefox PB mode session and reopened a normal session ?

Did you check "History -> Restore Previous Session" and "History -> Recently Closed Windows/Tabs" ?
