Keyboard character errors

Over the past 2 or 3 weeks when typing into the address / search bar, the character which appears is not the character I type. This only happens in Firefox - other apps respond normally.

I tried the 'refresh' and this seemed to help for a while, but now the keyboard character error has returned.

I see in the forums other have experienced certain keys not working in Firefox, though no-one seems to have reported incorrect characters being displayed.

Take note of the changes you make after refreshing and avoid signing into your Sync account as this can transfer across problems.

@zeroknight Thanks but even though my Firefox accounts are synced, the problem only appears on my laptop running Windows 11. My desktop running Windows 10, and my Android phone, are unaffected.
