Hello,

I cannot seem to locate my situation in the Thunderbird Support Library, so I am submitting this problem for your profusely appreciated help.

Question: Is it possible to keep the inboxes and folders of two Email accounts separate in a single Thunderbird interface? Alternatively, can I run two separate Thunderbirds, one for each Email account?

I have two separate Email accounts: personal@hvc.rr.com and business@gmail.com Currently I use personal@hvc.rr.com through Thunderbird, on my Windows laptop.

My business@gmail.com is accessed via the Internet.

I would like to be able to access both emails through separate Thunderbird windows. However, it would be very chaotic if I merged all of their mail into the same Thunderbird inbox.

I am running the latest Thunderbird, 115.8.0, on 64-bit Windows 7.

Thank you for your advice!

Best wishes,

Joe .

You can run both from one Thunderbird. Each will have it's own folders and they act independent from each other.
