Tried several times to add a new contact to my address book. When I click on the Save button it briefly enlarges but that's it. The new contact is not saved.

I tried closing and reopening TB and it still won't save the new contact.

Would appreciate help with this. Hoping it's not technically complicated, as I'm not an expert at this.

Thanks, Marc

Me again: Problem solved. Email address on person's business card was incorrect! I wonder why no one pointed it out before.

Me again. Just realized I can't even send an email when manually entering the recipient, for example: Joan Smith <joansmith@gmail.com> The Send button is grayed out! Thanks, Marc

Me again! Went to gmail to use my backup gmail address. And gmail won't save my new addresses. Stumped.
