Придется вам как-то перевести самостоятельно то что написала на английский. Зачем писать что при обновлении все будет сохранено, если после обновления, половина окон на восстановилась и история предыдущих посещений пропала.? и как мне теперь все это восстановить обратно?'

Regular (not private) windows should be restored after an update. All tabs in each window should be restored. To find missing windows or tabs, check the History menu. Either:
Main menu button
- History > Recently Closed Windows
- History > Recently Closed Tabs
Optional top menu bar (Alt+S)
- History > Recently Closed Windows
- History > Recently Closed Tabs
Can you find your missing windows/tabs there?
