I wanted my home page to be the default one that is http://www.google.co.in/firefox I changed it and again after I reopen my computer it changes back to http://jookz.toolbaroptions.com/?tmp=toolbar_results_jookz_v2_homepage&prt=jkwbtb04ff&v=15 please tell me what can I do

Uninstall that toolbar, probably that toolabr change it. Read more at Disable or remove Add-ons
Cb_Hr sorry I had tried it but still I even reinstalled Firefox but still as you can see i only have Google toolbar
