Why do my zoom setting doesn't stay the same but keep turning back to default 100%

I zoom in the page, refresh or change to another page (even on the same domain) and everything turn back to 100% like I've never zoomed before! This didn't happened before so I assume it must be the new version 3.6.8 that caused problem. I've tried to set the browser.zoom.siteSpecific to false but no success.
