How do I make the bookmark button open a drop down box within the browser with all my favorites instead of opening them in the sidebar? I'm on mac os x.

You can create a bookmark with this chrome url as the location: 

chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul

One Firefox setup has buttons with dropdown markers for Bookmarks, Personal Menu (addon), + Extension Manager. The other computer does not, which is very frustrating - it has fewer addons. I assume some setting is making this difference but can't find it. Both Fx 3.6.12/Win7.
