Got tired of fighting it, went to restore system, went back to the first part of the month and have not had a problem since. Maybe I just got lucky. Keep your fingers crossed.

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

Restoring system only delayed it. Saw answer, and tried MALWARE. So far it is working. In case this doesn't work, any other ideas you my have I would appreciate. Also, do I need to do this again, if so , how often?
