upgrade f.1.5 to f.3.6.13. location bar is missing, or i just don't see it.

firefox 1.5 had a bar where tabs could accumulate. fast access to web sites. firefox 3.6 doesn.t seem to have that location bar. ie8 has it, but i want to stay with firefox.
