I cannot open new tabs by clicking the "+" icon and live chat is never available

Greetings,

I have two issues: 1) I cannot open new tabs on Firefox by clicking the "+" icon to the top, right of the screen and 2) there seems to be no indication as to how to fix this via live chat. I have to open up websites that I know generate their own new tabs and then change that URL in order to operate more than one tab at a time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
