After updating to firefox 4 stable, pgup and pgdown goes back and forward on links. How to change back to the old behavior?

At first, this is NOT a caret browsing problem. I already tried to activate/deactivate caret browsing. The problem is that pgup and pgdown in the stable version of firefox 4 makes the current page going back or forward.

On another computer i've tested this behavior doesn't occur. I want to go back to the old fashioned scrolling via these buttons. Is there any way to do that?

I have this problem only under Windows-7. I also use Firefox-4.0 with Windows-XP - no problems.
