Noscript 2.1.0.2 causes double hearder plus loss of page navigation arrows

Installing Noscript 2.1.0.2 caused a double page header (blue lines with duplicate minimise/maximise/exit X) with a Firefox button, and the loss of the page navigation arrow buttons.

Disabling Noscript corrects the situation.

XP service pack 3 and Forefox version 4.0
