I am running a Mac version 10.5.8 and it is not running Firefox very well. I go onto any java based website, like Facebook, Twitter or YouTube and it won't even let me go on.

It looks very basic and won't let me click on anything. It also is loading very slow. I just downloaded the newest version 4.0.1, which it did it automatically. Is there any way to go back to 4.0? I am back to using Safari as my default broswer because I like to check FB and Twitter.

Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

I would recommend you check your plugins. It is very possible that your Java plugin is in need of upgrading. Mozilla offers a great tool tool for checking your plugins.

Hope that helps!

Well thank you very much. I needed to download a new version of Adobe Flash player. Thanks so much. I am back to using Firefox as my default broswer. :D
