You'll have to install Thunderbird as your email client first of all, then install this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/lightning/

Then follow instructions @ http://www.ghacks.net/2008/10/26/importing-calendar-from-microsoft-outlook-to-mozilla-lightning/ to import the data from Outlook.

Incidentally, your Flash player installation is seriously out of date and exposes your system to attack. Update via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
