I want to change the name of a folder in my Bookmarks Toolbar. I tried opening the 'show all bookmarks', then clicking Bookmarks Toolbar, and then clicking once on the present name with hopes it would allow me to edit it. But it didn't work.

You need to open the Bookmarks Toolbar folder in the left pane in the Library.
Then you can select (highlight) that folder in the right pane and edit the name in the Details pane at the bottom of the right pane.

Right click on folder in Bookmarks Toolbar. Select Properties and change name.
