Websites do not look the same. Is almost like Java is working on some and not others. Have read several posts and tried things with no luck.

I have tried with no luck. It almost appears that the format is not coming over and I am getting all words.

I captured a screen shot but do not know how to paste it.

I have it saved as a bmp but it wont let me load it.

See:

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
