New tab homepage FF5
Alright I was wondering if there is some way of setting a new tab to redirect to my homepage in FF5 without using TabMixPlus (don't like the fact it changes new tab text colours)

I don't think much of Tabs Mix Plus at all.
These two extensions will do what you asked, they are marked good for 4.* so would work on 5.0 and Mozilla was supposed to automatically upgrade maxVer of extensions from 4.* to 5.*

I have three pages on my own on tabs

I also like to change the styling on tabs and other chrome aspects of Firefox

Thanks muchly but unfortunately these add-ons won't install due to being 'incompatible' with FF5.
You don't have to wait for extension writers or in the case between 4.0 and 5.0 for Mozilla to up the maxVersion. There is the "Add-on Compatibility Reporter " extension or you can modify your about:config

You can middle-click the Home button to have a new tab open with your homepage displayed.
I agree about TabMix Plus, it's too much extension for only wanting or needing that one feature.

It works like a charm.
Great, I install FF5, and non of the completely simple add-ons work.
I don't understand why there isn't some programming implementation allowing things to work that shouldn't have to change, since FF5 still looks just like FF4.
