Why is it so difficult to find the link for the download in the LANGUAGE and OS OF MY CHOICE? Why do I get what YOU think I should download?!

When I download from Croatia, for example. I get the Croatian version of Firefox by default, and of the OS of the computer I'm using.

Why the hell is it so difficult to find the link for alternative languages and OS-es Firefox versions?!

I found the links, but YOU should NOT assume what I WANT and make it diifficult for me to find it!!!
