when opening Firefox there is an audio set of advertisements; I can't find where to stop the ad; I've downloaded. How do I get rid of this?

Opening Firefox immediately turns on an audio that contains a series of ads. I have removed the version on my computer and downloaded Firefox 5. It still happens. How did I get rid of the vocal advertisement? It does not happen when I use Safari.

Is that coming from your homepage? Have you tried resetting your homepage to see if those ads don't play? Or tried using about:blank as your homepage?
